🌝 Shine Bright 🌝
A 12 week embodied support group for women creating integrated, coherent offerings
Build your offering from the integrated self.
Supported. Grounded. Connected.
🌝 Why I Created Shine Bright The last several months have been teaching me one clear lesson. Pause the plan. Notice what is arriving. Respond with honesty. In other words, surrender. For a year, I poured my energy into developing in person HETA workshops. The vision is still meaningful to me, yet the version I designed did not gather the resonance needed to sustain it. I know that in person guideship is my strongest way of working. Still, when I stopped pushing and paid attention to what life was bringing toward me, something different was asking to be met. Over several months, five clients came to me with almost the same request. “Abbie, would you be willing to support me with my business” For a while I answered with hesitation. “I do not feel qualified. I know people who specialize in this, but if they are out of reach, I can walk with you. Just know I am still moving through my own healing, discovery, and empowerment around vocation and income generation.” After the fifth conversation, I realized it was time to stop resisting and listen. Shine Bright emerged from that moment. It came from observation, surrender, and willingness to respond to what is actually present instead of what I planned. What I appreciate most about Shine Bright is how naturally it embodies the HETA framework and the Rainbow of Resonance. This support group is not about me telling you what to do. It is about reconnecting with your own integrated self, listening to the body, and creating from clarity, autonomy, kindness, and empowerment. I am grateful to share this space with women who have shaped my own path. Some are seasoned experts in entrepreneurship and systems. Others are fellow travelers only a few steps ahead, able to point out the useful views and the occasional bear we might encounter together. My intention is to help you bring a complete offering into the world. My excitement comes from the community itself. The connection. The resonance. The honesty and reflection that support real growth. The group is part of the medicine. A defining truth about me is that I am your biggest fan, and I will lovingly call you out when needed, often with humor. If that feels aligned, I invite you to explore this page and consider joining the Shine Bright Support Group. 🌈
🌈 What Shine Bright Support Group Is
Shine Bright is a twelve week support group for women who are ready to bring a real offering into the world. It supports women who want to create from connection, clarity, and embodied truth rather than pressure, collapse, or perfectionism.
This is not a business course. It is embodied vocation. You will create work that is grounded, coherent, and aligned with your actual capacity.
Each week moves through a layer of the Rainbow of Resonance, part of the Harmonized Embodied Transformation Approach (HETA), which is a framework for awareness, attunement, and resonance.
HETA helps you notice how your nervous system receives and responds to the world, so you can create from grounded presence rather than survival states. The Rainbow of Resonance within HETA traces a path from collapse to coherence, helping you move through embodied stages of creation ... from grounding and connection to discernment, compassion, expression, observation, and integration.
You’ll learn to:
-
Recognize how your body and nervous system shape your relationship to work, money, and visibility.
-
Integrate shadow aspects: fear, shame, self-sabotage, and the stories or labels you’ve carried about your worth ... transforming them into sources of wisdom and creative energy.
-
Identify how resistance shows up, especially around the energetics of money and self-value, and how to meet it compassionately.
-
Design your offering: name it, price it, and invite others to it with confidence and integrity.
-
Set up simple, low-cost systems (WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Drive, Instagram, YouTube, and a basic web landing page) that reflect your rhythm and can grow with you over time.
-
Receive support from a circle of women walking parallel paths: each exploring what it means to create and share her work in the world with vocational energy.

🗓️ Weekly Flow
Fridays @ 1pm from January 23rd-April 10th)
Week 1 (Friday, January 23rd @ 1pm CST)— Neuroscience of Safety and How We Receive the World (Red)
Week one introduces the foundational neuroscience of safety, exploring how the nervous system shapes perception, memory, and our ability to respond. Participants learn why safety must come first before any creative or vocational work can meaningfully emerge. Through guided reflection and simple embodiment practices, you begin to recognize your current state and how your body has been receiving the world up to this point.
Week 2 (Friday, January 30th @ 1pm CST)— Guest Speaker
Dr. Kyle Hartman, PT, DPT
OWNER | PELVIC FLOOR THERAPIST | MONTEREY PELVIC HEALTH
https://www.montereypelvichealth.com/our-team
Kyle brings a grounded presence shaped by her clinical background and her lived relationship with embodiment and personal vocation. Her professional path offers insight into how clarity emerges through the body and through honest self-assessment. Participants benefit from the steadiness and perspective she brings to conversations about work, identity, and integrated living.
Week 3 (Friday, February 6th @ 1pm CST)— Connection as the Prerequisite for Embodiment and Creativity (Orange)
Week three focuses on connection as a biological and relational requirement for safety. Participants explore how connection to self, others, environment, and rhythm influence clarity, capacity, and decision-making. This week establishes practices for reconnecting with presence, relational awareness, and the steadying sources that allow creative work to take root.
Week 4 (Friday, February 13th @ 1pm CST)— Guest Speaker
Charnel Crick
OWNER | CINEMATOGRAPHER | CRICK VISUALS
Charnel is an embodied creative whose professional and personal path reflects deep commitment to authenticity, expression, and relational awareness. Her presence invites participants to consider how creativity, movement, and intuition inform the shape of their offering. She brings warmth, insight, and a lived understanding of what it means to build work from real experience.
Week 5 (Friday, February 20th @ 1pm) — Somatic Self Inquiry and Discernment Through Sensation, Emotion, and Story (Yellow)
Week five begins the process of somatic self inquiry. Participants learn to orient inward, identify physical sensations, name emotional tones, and notice the mental narratives connected to these experiences. This week is where discernment begins: differentiating what is true, what is inherited, what is protective, and what is ready to shift in order for the offering to become clear.
Week 6 (Friday, February 27th @ 1pm) — Guest Speaker
Angie Bowen, LPC, MS, NCC
OWNER | LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR | BOWEN WELLNESS CENTER
https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/therapists/the-bowen-wellness-center-inc-little-rock-ar/119021
Angie integrates EMDR, neuropsychotherapy, intuition, and embodiment in her work with trauma recovery, relational patterns, LGBTQ+ support, and sports performance. Her refined perceptual capacity and grounded self-concept help illuminate what discernment and inner authority feel like in practice. Participants gain clarity through her ability to track both her own system and the larger relational field with coherence.
Week 7 (Friday, March 6th @ 1pm)— Compassionate Truth for Self and Other (Green)
Week seven centers on finding the compassionate truth that honors both self and other. Participants explore relational clarity, boundaries, expectations, and the honest conditions required for them to stay regulated while serving others. This week helps you understand what your offering needs from you, what your clients need from you, and how to remain grounded in shared humanity without merging, collapsing, or controlling.
Week 8 (Friday, March 13th @ 1pm)— Guest Speaker
Lauren Ciesco
CO-FOUNDER | SALES STRATEGIST | TRUSTED FRIENDS AGENCY
https://www.trustedfriendsagency.com/
Lauren is an embodied sales mentor whose work helped articulate and clarify the trinity of my own vocation during a significant period of personal collapse and reorientation. She understands the intersection of identity, embodiment, and income generation and speaks from lived, integrative experience. Participants gain perspective on how offerings become clearer when the internal system settles into coherence.
Week 9 (Friday, March 20th @ 1pm)— Expressing Feelings and Needs with Clarity (Blue)
In week nine, participants practice expressing feelings, needs, and desires clearly and without apology. This includes speaking about your offering in language that is grounded, honest, and free of performance or self-protection. You begin shaping the external communication of your work through real-time relational expression.
Week 10 (Friday, March 27th @ 1pm) — Guest Speaker
Jen Navaro
CO-FOUNDER | PERSONAL BRAND STRATEGIST | TRUSTED FRIENDS AGENCY
https://www.trustedfriendsagency.com/
Jen is a brand and story strategist whose work is shaped by clarity, relational intelligence, and an ability to articulate essence without performance. Her own vocational path offers participants insight into how identity and expression find alignment over time. She contributes perspective on how an offering becomes recognizable when it reflects who you truly are.
Week 11 (Friday, April 3rd @ 1pm)— Observation Without Judgment and Meeting Reality with Integrity (Indigo)
Week eleven introduces observation without judgment. Participants explore how to see themselves, their offering, and their relationships with clarity, including the reality that not everyone will resonate. This week supports the steady skill of meeting others where they are, accepting when paths align or do not, and staying grounded in your work while observing external response.
