🌈 HETA WORKS!
Summer 2025 Workshop Series
A universal framework for embodied awareness and compassionate presence
💡 What Is HETA?
HETA is a practical, body-based framework designed to help you tune into your inner and relational signals—and respond with presence instead of old patterns. Grounded in experiential healing and collective care, HETA integrates three powerful approaches:
-
Polyvagal Theory (attunement to the nervous system)
-
The Body Deva Method (somatic inquiry and emotional release)
-
Nonviolent Communication (relational clarity and compassion)
At the heart of HETA is the Rainbow of Resonance—seven steps to reconnect with your body’s wisdom and build safe, compassionate presence:
•Recognize Activation
• Name Emotions
• Identify Needs
• Find Compassion
•Express Kindly• Listen Empathetically
• Resonate Integrity
