We will assess the goals, options, benefits, risks, and logistics in considering alternative approaches for a critical or chronic condition, to supplement your general wellness, or to enhance your goals for excellence in a particular area. Our tools include natural medicine, nutritional plans, movement programs, emotional body consciousness sessions (To ensure your path is chosen by you - not us. And, to diligently integrate your new perspectives, which limits becoming "stuck" or disassociated.), and in-person guided journeys. We support some areas directly and we work with a network of vetted professionals for other areas. Our services are offered in-person, via video conferencing, or over-the-phone.
