SLEEP CAPSULES
18 vegetable capsules each with 60 mgs of CBD for a total of 1080 mgs of full spectrum hemp extract CBD also contain kava-kava, passion flower, and valerian. For mild sleep concerns we reccommend our CALM AND FOCUS DROPS, but serious sleep issues call for the potent herbal formulation of our SLEEP capsules!
ADDITIONAL PRODUCT INFO
CBD capsules (generally) onset at 20 minutes, peak at 3-4 hours, and have a duration of 8 hours. Use as-needed, once daily, or up-to every 6 hours (*unless dosing to fall asleep AND stay asleep - in which the recommendation is a a 2 hour gap). Dose 2 hours before or after prescriptions.
Dose 1-2 capsules 2 hours before bedtime to fall asleep. 1-2 capsules at bedtime to stay asleep.*
