Lighter doses of CBD (5-10mgs [a quarter-to-half-dropper of Pre-Sport drops]) are energizing, mood-lifting, and can assist with a focused mind/body connection. For some, the energizing effect can feel like one too many cups of coffee. If that is the case, either increase the dosage by 3-4 times (20-40mgs), or microdose at .5-2mgs (1-4 individual droplets of Pre-Sport).

Heavier doses of CBD (30+mgs [a quarter-to-half-dropper of Post-Sport drops, or more]) are calming and can help your body come back to balance after exercise. If drowsiness is experienced, and is not an intended effect, decrease the dosage.

Effects are usually felt after about 20 minutes, peak around hours 3 or 4, and wear off around hours 6 to 8.  

Take as-needed, once daily, or up-to every 6 hours. Dose 2 hours before or after prescriptions.

Full spectrum hemp extract contains itty bitty (super duper small) traces of THC, which is legal under hemp law.
