Lighter doses of CBD (5-10mgs - .25ml of this product) are mood-lifting and energizing. Heavier doses of CBD (30-50mgs - 1+ml of this product) are mood-calming and relaxing. 

If a lighter dose energizes to the point of anxiousness, try the heavier dose or a microdose (1-4 droplets). If a heavier dose creates too much drowsiness (usually experienced around hour 2-3), decrease the dosage.

Effects are usually felt after about 20 minutes, peak around hours 3 or 4, and wear off around hours 6 to 8.  

Take as-needed, once daily, or up-to every 6 hours. Dose 2 hours before or after prescriptions.

Full spectrum hemp extract contains itty bitty (super duper small) traces of THC, which is legal under hemp law.
